For the past few weeks that I have been drawing, I've learned that I really enjoy just taking time to sit and draw something, whether its something that catches my eye that reminds me of something or just something to try to draw. I love that it takes me away from the normal daily life, its calming and allows me to refocus from the day. In simple, I know that I have much to learn about drawing, I know my drawings to me definately are beginner level, But I Love that I'm drawing and learning to do it!!

I have taken an interest in drawing in the last 2 yrs that was inspired by a family friend and a dear favorite friend in my life, but have a struggle on how to stay motivated. At the moment i started to draw 3 crosses on a hill. Have been working on it as time permits. I like to draw with graphite as well as color. I have always wanted to draw a portrait of my daughter for her room. I have learned that drawing is very much helpful to relieve your mind when your feeling stressed.
